When morning kisses my silence and all the corners of these empty rooms~

I shall etch my words across the recesses of soul and enter into

The sweet dark chambers~ There is always soft light

In silence~ Glistening off the wet walls of

Our knowing~ Here my words do

Not penetrate…Nothing

So intrusive, no~

Here, words

Slide into

That

Impermanence

That cradles only sacred

Memories~ Sliding because we know

There is no tenderness in a cage~ No flutter of

Butterflies within a closed fist~ Lips always seek lips that

Blow their kisses like whispers against the midnight of longing~ True

Language is inhalation & exhalation in symbiosis~ Catching tears upon our tongues
