Elizabeth Blair first garnered attention for her short fiction when she won a statewide fiction award in Vermont as a high school student.  Shortly thereafter, she won the Henry York Steiner Prize for short fiction at Grinnell College.  Elizabeth’s love for short fiction persists while she begins to explore poetry and plays.  Elizabeth is studying to be a Chaplain, and her writing often concerns contemporary religious expressions.
