Christopher Emerson works as a licensed clinical psychologist in California and has been actively writing poetry for the last twenty years. His personal and clinical interests are incorporated into many of his poems and include notions of time, space, and embodiment, and the existential concerns of love, death, freedom, and will. He writes under the pen name C.W. Emerson. His work has appeared or is forthcoming in Atlanta Review, The G.W. Review, The MacGuffin, Poetry East, and Quiddity, among others.
